Esper was founded to answer a simple question: why is regulation so complicated, and how do we make it simpler for people to understand?
Rulemaking Platform
Launched our regulatory platform: agencies could now research, draft, and move regulations through structured approval workflows.
Policy Product
While regulations govern the public, policies govern the government. We built the product to steward that process too: draft, approve, publish, collect digital acknowledgement.
Publication
Closed the loop. Made it easy for governments to publish the regulations created in Esper as ADA-compliant, citizen-facing portals.
